“The approach of practice is to strive for combining different modalities in order to bring balanced health. This is done specifically through acupuncture, yet Tai-Ji Chuan, Qi-Kung, and meditation are also utilized. It is a documented fact when people exercise on a regular basis they obtain a better quality of life. I have been in practice for fourteen years. The west is absent of the knowledge of energetic and how it can affect our well being. There is where Tai-Ji Chuan can be complementary towards acupuncture. I have over twenty-five years of training in martial arts.
My training began in Kung-Fu the Springing Leg System under Master Sidney Austin. Later Master Tony Yang located in Canton, Ohio taught me Tai-Ji Chuan Yang Style. Afterwards, I returned to Master Sidney Austin where I furthered my studies in Ti-Ji Chuan Yang and Chen Style.
Master Jou was instrumental in my development of Tai-Ji Chuan, Qi-Kung, and meditation. Qi-Kung is an ancient Chinese breathing exercise that takes 15 minutes a day and reaching physical, emotional and spiritual benefits. Meditation is used to bring calmness to a system that is being overly bombarded.”
