“My philosophy in treating patients is not only evaluating the signs and symptoms of a disease, but also looking at the person as a whole entity with imbalances causing "dis-ease". I also believe in the powerful connection that happens between the patient and the practitioner, in that connecting to the patient is an integral part of the healing process. My special interests include chronic pain, arthritis, woman"s health (including pre-natal, pregnancy & delivery), addictions, gastro-intestinal disorders, and mental/emotional disorders.

Acupuncture promotes natural healing by stimulating the body"s own healing mechanisms. The Chinese philosophy of Qi (pronounced chee), flows throughout the body in specific pathways called meridians.

I also offer Chinese Herbal Therapy, which is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that stems from thousands of years of herb knowledge. Each patient is looked at as a unique individual with specific needs.”
