“I use a combination of techniques in my practice to respect your comfort level. I utilize the more well known therapies of acupuncture, acupressure and herbal medicine. I am also trained in bodywork such as cupping, guasha and tuina. Additionally, I use liniments (medicinal liquid applied to the skin) to treat a variety of complaints. So don't let a fear of needles deter you from making an appointment.
I work as a generalist, but also have particular interest in preventative healthcare, pain mgmt/injury/chronic reinjury, aging, and mental health. Equally important are subjective, sub clinical complaints and pains that don't show up in lab tests. Mild complaints, when not addressed, may turn into major conditions.
I utilize all modalities at my fingertips in order to respect your comfort level. My practice, Hundred Grasses Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, is located in The Delaware House, along with other wellness practitioners (physical therapy, personal training, aesthetics, massage, dance). www.delaware-house.com”
