Oftentimes physical pain is associated with emotional wellbeing - treating this link is my specialty. Trauma - be it from a car accident, loss of a loved one, or something else - creates a type of shock, with resultant constraint on energy flow, and therefore pain, insomnia, etc, all of which respond well.
No moxa is used in my practice (the herb often burned in acupuncture care) so that individuals with odor or chemical sensitivity can be comfortable. I also test clients for food allergies if any digestive complaints are present and recommend supplements for this as they heal.”
