“My mission is: To alleviate physical and emotional pain and support healing. To ease anxiety and calm the mind. To mitigate the adverse effects of chemotherapy and radiation while promoting deep nourishment. To teach meditation, promote relaxation, and encourage people to listen to their own inner healer. To inspire people to eat well, cook simply, and strengthen the digestive system to feel healthy. To support each person's vision of their path toward balance and well-being.

I specialize in treating people with cancer who are suffering the adverse effects of chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery. I also specialize in treating people with digestive problems and who want to learn to eat a simple, easy, more healthy diet. And I enjoy alleviating physical pain with acupuncture and massage.

I began as a massage therapist before going into Chinese medicine, so each acupuncture session includes a few minutes of massage. My office is located within the beautiful Cypress Day Spa in Westmoreland/Sellwood.”
