I also prescribe Chinese herbs and provide dietary and lifestyle suggestions such as exercise and hatha yoga poses. My main scope of practice addresses allergies, arthritis, digestive issues, endocrine imbalances (hypothyroidism), emotional issues (depression, irritability, anxiety), all types of pain, gynecological issues (painful, irregular periods and menopausal symptoms), respiratory issues (common cold, flu, cough), sleep problems, stress, smoking cessation and weight gain or loss.”
