“I practice this medicine to provide a gentle, compassionate and individualized complementary approach to your health. In using acupuncture and herbs, my goal is to optimize your healing and overall feeling of wellness. I see the use of Chinese medicine effective in addressing conditions and symptoms related to allergies, digestive problems (IBS, colitis, constipation), anxiety, insomnia, mild depression, migraines, back/neck pain, fibromyalgia, sprains, sciatica, and many women's health issues (irregular menses, PMS, menopause, morning sickness). I am enriching my understanding of women's health issues through a two year comprehensive course on women's health and herbal medicine.

I am in the second year of my women's health education. I am taught the Western pathophysiology and treatment of women's health issues in menstruation, pregnancy and menopause. In addition, I am learning when and how to safely and effectively use herbal medicine in women's health.

I have a small Chinese herbal tincture business using local Colorado organic alcohol and organic herbs when available. I can make customized tinctures for patients as well.”

Health and wellness are within your reach.
