I believe we should not only live long, but live vibrant and disease free lives as well. A healthy body does not come in a pill; it comes from within us and sometimes we need a little help.
I offer lectures and discussions about ways we can maintain our health and prevent disease from occurring in the first place. My lectures usually cover topics on nutrition, exercise and stress management.”
