“Celeste Welter, L.Ac. holds a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In Beijing, China, she had the opportunity to observe and work in hospitals specializing in neurology, oncology and pediatrics.
