I enjoy the process of assisting my patients on the road to healing. As an acupuncturist, my ultimate objective is to help the patients to feel the renewed sense of energy and obtain their maximum health potential. I focus on treating the root of pain, in other words, finding the cause of pain and prevent further aggravation. Acupuncture treatment is 45 minutes to an hour-long session, and areas of expertise mainly include pain management, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sleep disorder, rheumatoid arthritis, sexual dysfunction, and infertility problems for both men and women.

Many of my patients have sports injuries, occupational conditions, auto related injuries, stress related disorders, mental and emotional issues and psychosomatic conditions. I'm Dr. Brian Oh, the owner and operator of Newport Acupuncture Center. I grew up in S. Korea as part of a family that was heavily steeped in the traditions and practices of acupuncture. In 2003, I graduated from South Baylo University with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I became CA Board Acupuncturist.
