I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.

Our mission is to help patients regain their healing ability with Acupuncture and herbs, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Tui-Na or skin treatment so that their body heals. Making one, younger looking without pharmaceutical drugs or surgeries. I, Sang Eun Kim, am a native of South Korea. Of all the Asian countries, acupuncture and Oriental medicine is most popular in my homeland and is practiced with high standards of quality. While a computer science Ph. D. student at Texas A&M University, I struggled with how I could best help other people who suffered from illness and how I could most effectively improve their longevity. Consequently, I shifted to the field of acupuncture and Oriental medicine. In 2006, I moved to Houston to complete my Master's at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).

Over the years I've very successfully worked with children and adults of all ages to address their health challenges: allergies, pain, anxiety, fatigue, poor digestion, low immunity and women's issues, to name a few. My philosophy is that true health and beauty build from the inside out. In the language of Oriental medicine, health is dependent upon the free flow of well-nourished Qi. When Qi is weak, one is tired and more prone to illness. When Qi is blocked, there is stagnation and pain. By addressing identified Qi deficiencies and imbalances, health is improved and vitality restored.
