My name is Jane Kim-Jin, a CA, NJ, and NY licensed acupuncturist. I have been practicing acupuncture for thirteen years, and my passion for treating others has grown over the years. Being a woman, I am proud of working exceptionally well with female patients. One of my outstanding attributes is that I empathize very easily with my patients and with additional years of professional and personal experiences, I can provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all female patients. NJCA is a community acupuncture clinic. "Community" means that everyone is treated in one big, comfy room. It also means that our fee structure is much lower than average. At NJCA, our sliding scale is between $30- $65, every time. Jennifer Luan, MD seeks to balance the body and mind through gentle activation of the energy channels in the body with acupuncture treatment. Where is health and healing? I believe it is in how we live our lives every day. The thoughts we think, what we say to ourselves and others, the pace of our lives has real impact on how healthy we feel. I believe that everyone can benefit from acupuncture even if they are apparently healthy. A preventative treatment will assess the imbalances in the person addressing such issues as stress and strengthening the immune system. I remember reading that a person gets sick first on an energetic level before manifesting any outward symptoms. An acupuncturist's task is to keep the person healthy as much as possible before getting to the symptom stage. As a third generation practitioner, I have followed the traditions of Oriental Medicine set by my father and his father before him. James H. Chang LAc, CA graduate at New York college of Traditional Chinese Medicine with master degree of Acupuncture and herb medicine. He also attend seminar and hospital visit to China for Hepatitis B treatment by chinese herb. His family has practice herb clinic in Taiwan for long time.
