Dr. Kaiyan Luo studied under Jiwu Chen, one of China's most famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Luo studied both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He graduated from Guangxi University of TCM. Dr. Luo practiced both Medicine for 5 years before moving to the United States in 2001. 22 years of work experience in clinical practice and supervision. He prescribes personalized treatment plan for each patient by the Chinese medicine. He practiced traditional and conventional medicine in China from 1985 to 2005 as a physician and professor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He has practiced acupuncture in USA since 2005. He currently is a Professor and a clinical supervisor at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. His training includes 5 years of medical school, 3 years of residency, 7 years of postgraduate training in traditional and conventional medicine.
