At Matthew Berg Acupuncture in Great Barrington, we offer premier Oriental Medicine which consists of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Therapy, Moxibustion, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Asian Bodywork modalities. As a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Traditional Chinese Medicine allows me the flexibility to treat each patient as an individual, creating treatment plans that are specific to their physical and emotional well-being. Christine is a licensed R.N., with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and twenty plus years of a hospital based nursing career. She is also a Master and Diplomat of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine; having graduated from a Doctor of OrientalMedicine/Acupuncture program at the International Inst. of Chinese Medicine in SantaFe, N.M. The focus of my practice is to make preventative care affordable, so it can be used preventatively! I use my knowledge of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage to provide individualized care to every patient. I look forward to working with you.

I offer a holistic and integrated approach to treating people. I familiarize myself with my patients’ goals for health and I adapt my treatment methods to achieve results. My style is grounded in the belief that our bodies have an innate wisdom to heal. I hold space for patients to heal so they can feel more joy and openness in their bodies. Balancing the body following a full assessment via many modalities. Some of these modalities include acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, nutritional counseling, and fire cupping. Dr. Tetreault is board certified in Oriental Medicine and has a history of over 20 years working with pulmonary patients and now treats a diverse range of disorders ranging from pain management to infertility to the common cold.

After 36 years of practicing, I still love witnessing how much my patients are helped by Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine! In a safe and collaborative setting I address a wide range of physical and emotional issues that patients bring to my office. Jeffrey S. Wernick, Lic. Ac., LICSW is a Licensed Acupuncturist with the Massachusetts Board of Medicine and Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine since 1984. He is a graduate of Queens College and the New England School of Acupuncture. He has been affiliated with the Shattuck hospital Pain and Stress Clinic, Massachusetts Osteopathic Hospital, Brockton Pain Management Group, and Kushi Institute.

I combine Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Shiatsu, Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Nutrition, Energy Work, Shamanic Healing and Breath Work, creating a unique, synergistically enhanced healing experience. I am an acupuncturist trained in China with over 27 years of clinical experience. I have written 4 books: Acupuncture & Hormone Balance, Chinese Acupuncture and Herbs for Common Diseases, Acupuncture and Infertility and ED and Prostate Problems. I help patient to find the root cause of each healthy condition and correct it with acupuncture and Chinese herbs. I accumulated a lot of experience in treating acid reflux, acne, AF, allergies, anxiety, excessive sweating, facial wrinkles, arthritis, asthma, back pain, bursitis, COPD, colitis, cystitis, depression, diabetes, tinnitus, eczema, and erectile dysfunction.

I am still amazed at the broad range of health issues that acupuncture can treat successfully.I have been in practice since 2003 and the top four issues that seem to show up at my office time and time again are migraine headache, anxiety, allergies and issues relating to female reproduction which include menstrual, menopausal and fertility health. What sets acupuncture apart from other forms of medicine is that it seeks to address the underlying cause of illness. This approach is restorative to health bringing balance to body, mind and spirit.
