Dr. K.Zhang holds a PhD degree from Fujian Medical University and a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) in Chinese acupuncture from New England School of Acupuncture (NESA), MCPHS and the pain program from Tufts University School of Medicine. Before coming to US, Dr. Zhang had practiced in China for years. He is a national Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, certified by NCCAOM, and is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine to practice acupuncture in the state. He is also a research scientist in Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM).

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist trained in Chinese, Japanese and Daoist Medical Arts. I utilize herbal medicine along with TuiNa massage, Gwa Sha, Qi Gong, cupping, moxibustion, electroacupuncture and magnet therapy.

I use acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle recommendations and muscle response testing to identify core imbalances as well as herbal and nutritional recommendations. Over the last 30 years I've helped people young and old with musculo-skeletal, metabolic, and psycho-emotional complaints. Chinese Medicine not only addresses a broad spectrum of pathologies with a variety of specialized modalities, but it can also be used to clarify the healthcare practices that can help you improve your health, live to full capacity, and meet your goals for a meaningful life.
