My Husband and I both practice together and he is not only an acupuncturist but a skilled massage therapist. Together, we offer our patients a multi-platform approach to their health care.

I have provided practical, holistic, integrative services in acupuncture, body therapy, life/wellness coaching, Chinese herbal medicine, and counseling since the 1980s. My background also includes stress management, medical Qigong, meditation, nutrition, and exercise. I bring breadth and depth to my practice, offering comprehensive and integrative approaches to whole being wellness, treating a broad range of conditions. I also teach skills that enhance the healing process and inner resources for successful life management.

Barbara's treatments incorporate the practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture, herbal remedies, diet, nutrition, exercise and massage into a holistic medical approach. Each patient is assessed individually and is continually monitored to assure that the best treatment protocol is being followed.

Tamara has been in practice since 2000 and has a general practice of acupuncture and traditional medicine, treating everything from pain to internal conditions. She has worked with immune disorders, digestive issues, mood regulation, respiratory illness, fertility, pediatrics, and orthopedic conditions including back pain, neck pain, knee pain, headaches, etc. After more than 20 years of a busy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tamara and her husband relocated to Charlottesville, Virginia to bring their skill, expertise and dedication to integrative medicine to the Charlottesville greater community.

Yueling Li L.Ac. O.M.D.(China) received her Master's degree in Acupuncture and Bachelor of Medicine degree from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (BUTCM), Beijing China. She is a Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
