Xiangjun Dong, mostly know as Winnie Dong, is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by NCCAOM. Dr. Jiang is a licensed acupuncturist in Oregon. She has been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for more than 20 years. She is a certified TCM gynecologist, infertility specialist. She did a study in PMS with auricular acupuncture in China and received her master degree in gynecology with acupuncture in 2000.
