A mom of two amazing young men, a lifelong equestrian, a rock -n- roll drummer and a farmer -sheep, chickens and horses. I have explored life on many levels including my formal education at Michigan State University where I received a BS in Animal Science and another in Human Nutrition/Dietetics. A stint as an Air Force dietitian, thousands of hours in personal development with Tony Robbins, Joseph McClendon III and the Legendary Group have and continue to support my growth. Meet Sarah Hall: I am a passionate, fun-loving RDN who takes an empathetic, judgement free approach. I have a special love for sports nutrition, working with athletes or those training for races and challenges as I spent most of my life as an athlete and spent time working as an RD in an elite training center. As a type 1 diabetic I have a great enthusiasm for any and all diabetes patients, I understand the struggles and what it can take to manage.

I'm Kelly, a registered dietitian who specializes in chronic dieting, disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, mental health and addiction. If you've found yourself in a cycle of chronic dieting, calorie counting, over exercise or avoidance of social gatherings involving food, I can help. What we eat is so much more than what we have access to or time for- it speaks to early food culture in our home, our mental health, what we've been made to believe via social media etc. A healthy relationship with food and body is possible for everyone.

A little about me! I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2018. After this, I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition at the same university in 2020. I completed my clinicals in the Chicago area and became a registered dietitian shortly after finishing up school. I have been working as an outpatient clinical dietitian for over two years now. I started out at Lake County Health Department and am currently working at Advocate Medical Group.

I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

Kristin received her Master’s in Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship through UCSD. She has been working as a clinical dietitian since completing her internship. She understands the importance nutrition plays in one’s body and how it can affect a person’s daily life. She helps her clients heal their relationships with food and regain their intuitive eating skills. Kristin works with clients with all different conditions and creates goals to work toward.

I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.

Megan is double board certified as both a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. She graduated with her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi. She completed her dietetic internship from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Megan has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for 5 years. The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.
