Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. She believes creating small changes over time will make a large difference - especially when it comes to nutrition! Lizzie received her bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Allow Wellness, Lizzie has experience working in a residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment. She also has experience in research, food insecurity and mental health acute care.

As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. Hi there! I'm Faith, licensed registered dietitian and founder of The Bariatric Nutritionist. I specialize in treating adults with overweight and obesity. I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

Dajana Marin is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a weight-neutral and non-diet approach. She completed her bachelor’s degree and supervised practice at Dominican University and is finishing her master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in sports nutrition. Dajana has experience working in a clinical and private practice settings with diverse populations and conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients make lifelong sustainable changes through an intuitive eating approach. Her counseling style is calming, warm, open, and gently challenging.

I have 5+ years experience working in the field of eating disorders, including higher levels of care such as residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.

Alex is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in both medical nutrition therapy and functional medicine. She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, with her Dietetics degree and her Masters in Public Health. Peggy has counseled thousands of patients in an outpatient setting for over 22 years. By working with Peggy, you will gain increased clarity with not only your personal nutrition goals, but also the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. She provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Olga Kras is a registered, licensed dietitian nutritionist with 25 years of experience. She is an accomplished dietitian, counselor, educator, and wellness consultant known for her concierge-type 1:1 service. Working with her amplifies a healthy lifestyle, as well as motivates and empowers her patients and clients on the journey to achieving and succeeding in their individual goals. Olga’s expertise and current knowledge of nutrition and dietetic-related products, menu development, trends and standards, and diverse background in clinical areas will provide you with the necessary tools to nourish and heal.

Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions. Maria believes in a patient-centered, evidenced-based approach to nutrition care. She will help you achieve your nutrition goals through education, counseling, and therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, and medical nutrition therapy.
