I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami.

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating for over 10 years. My goal is to help women heal their relationship with food while nourishing their bodies. I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. Meredith Starr is a registered dietitian and Director of Nutrition Services at Allow Wellness in Chicago. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago Coordinated Nutrition Program and began her nutrition career at UI Health general inpatient services while working part-time at a residential treatment facility for eating disorders. Meredith is deeply passionate about the treatment of eating disorders and has been practicing in this field for the past seven years.

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

I am a Registered Dietitian originally from Tremont, IL who currently lives and works in Morton, IL. I earned a Masters of Science in Dietetics at Eastern Illinois University and worked as a Sanitarian completing Health Inspections for the local community prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian. My career path has allowed me to work in a variety of settings and gain in-depth knowledge on multiple nutrition related topics.
