Hello! I’m Leen and I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the states of Illinois and Maryland. My interest in nutrition began in my teenage years where I struggled with my relationship with food and maintaining my health. I became passionate about the nutrition field and completed a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago. My dietetic internship included a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings that were dedicated to counseling individuals and helping them maintain nutritional health.

Isabelle is a bilingual (Spanish) dietitian who has helped hundreds of patients living with chronic disease improve their relationship with food to aid in their health outcomes. Isabelle’s main focus is on preventing and treating disease through nutrition education and lifestyle changes. Her mantra: Prevention is key in health! ‌ In her free time, Isabelle does photography, goes to new restaurants around the city, plays tennis with her local team, and plans her next destination to travel to. The next place on her list is Japan, for its culture, food, and people. ‌

At Southern Maryland Dietitian it is understood that one diet, meal plan, or program does not fit all. That is why all services are highly individualized. There are no pre- packaged programs. Eden is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices medical nutrition therapy through Health At Every Size (HAES) and weight inclusivity for those 16 years and older in Maryland, DC, Virginia, New Jersey, and California. Eden is an expert in the field of eating disorders, disordered eating, PCOS, and gentle nutrition. Offering years of experience as the lead dietitian at a higher level of care, she brings her knowledge into the outpatient setting to help her clients thrive in recovery.
