As the owner of Elixir Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Center, I have two specializations as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine: Healthy Aging and Women's Health & Fertility. I manage a patient's health care by diagnosing and treating various pain disorders from simple to complex and providing appropriate acupuncture therapies to help alleviate pain and symptoms. In addition, I treat a variety of issues related to women’s health, such as PMS, Irregular or painful periods, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Menopause, and Fertility, both naturally and through in vitro fertilization and pregnancy support.

While growing up she learned about a wide variety of herbs, and became natural to gaining extensive knowledge about herbal medicine from her families' business. She has a passion for Holistic treatment and she studied at South Baylo University, where she received her Ph.D degree specializing in Fertility. During her internships, she was awarded with a best internship award, and service award. In 2015 she was awarded patients choice Best Practitioner in the Inland Empire.

She is graduated from South Baylo University and received a Ph.D Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She uses RSN acupuncture method (for Nerve Entrapment Syndrome) and Dry Needling as well as traditional acupuncture technique to provide integrative care for her patients. She attended a special course of Anatomy in Koonming, China and also studied in Korea with Dr. Myung Seok Ryu, president of the RSN Acupuncture Association. She also has a certificate for completing the course of studying prescribed by the Pulse Regulating Acupuncture.

I enjoy the process of assisting my patients on the road to healing. In my practice, I use many clinically proven therapies such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, homeopathy, and also modern therapies such as ElectroMagnetic and Acu - Touch. Depending on your condition, I may use one or a combination of therapies to augment their effectiveness. For the patient, the bottom line is to experience health improvement. As a licensed acupuncturist I received my Master’s degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego. I obtained comprehensive training and clinical experience in orthopedics, dermatology, and women's health. After receiving my degree, I embarked on an exciting journey to Nepal, as a volunteer with the Acupuncture Relief Project in Nepal where I provided healthcare for those suffering from many ailments. I strongly support the integration of Eastern and Western medicine and am committed to helping my patients reach their utmost potential in physical, mental and spiritual health.

Wei-Chen obtained his Master degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles; he also holds a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed acupuncturist. Together with Huang, Wei-Chen co-founded the PV Acupuncture Clinic. His specializes in Pain Management, Sports Injuries and the management of fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine. Wei-Chen is also actively involved in promoting traditional Chinese Medicine in the community and has taken part in several health fairs events.
