She is also a Diplomate in Acupuncture, certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) (000118). Hetty is passionate about Energetic Healing Techniques. In her practice she utilizes her extensive post-graduate energy medicine training in Nutrition Response Testing (NRT), Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), NeuroEmotion Technique (NET), Jaffe-Mellor Technique (JMT), and Applied Kinesiology to restore you back to well-being in the most efficient and effective manner.

I provide safe, gentle, and effective relief to a wide range of health concerns, with particular emphasis on the treatment of painful conditions, chronic conditions, stress relief and vitality. My area of expertise is in the treatment of pain, including back, neck and shoulder pain, as well as chronic pain. I work with many women's health issues, including fertility, menopause, and PMS. Chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma, fibromyalgia, insomnia, digestive issues, migraines and macular degeneration can often be relieved. My treatments are very effective for calming the nervous system, reducing stress, relief from anxiety and promoting whole body wellness.

I was trained at Zhejiang Traditional Medical College and Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medical University in China. After I received my Chinese medical degree in 1985 and MS degree in 1988, I worked as an Assistant Professor and Professor at the Medical College of Wenzhou, P.R. of China. After I received my Ph.D from Kanazawa Medical University, Japan, I engaged in both high quality medical research and clinical work in traditional Chinese medicine. Upon completion of my degree, I decided to continue my research in pulmonary biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
