Dr. Jia also specialized in pediatric medicine. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

She received her Master degree of Acupuncture from ACAOM, Houston, TX and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Specialization. She earned a BS and MS degree in Physics from South Korea and a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University. Through her studies and practice in Acupuncture, Jessica learned that the most profound improvements are made when the body, mind and spirit are in alignment. The goal of her treatments is to help individuals regain their balance with themselves and their environment.

She is licensed acupuncturist and certified for acupuncture and Oriental medicine by National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has 38 years hospital and clinic practicing experience in China, Germany and the United States.
