Using Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese Acupuncture and Japanese Meridian Therapy, I will work to bring you into a full recovery as efficiently and effectively as possible. This style of acupuncture utilizes a highly systematic method of palpation to gain diagnostic information thru touch. Using thinner needles, extremely gentle needle techniques and moxa, close attention is paid to precise location of acupuncture points and patient feedback is critical in guiding the treatment. A licensed acupuncturist in 10007 needs a minimum of two years college education and must complete three years of professional training and pass the State's approved licensing examination. The three year program includes both theory and hands-on clinical practice.
