She is a professor at the Won Institute, which has the only Master's Degree program for acupuncture in Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen graduated from Nanjing Medical University with an MD degree in 1982. Laura earned a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and completed the Chinese Herbal Medicine Program from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. She meets all standards outlined by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
