I am a California Board and Nationally certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. My specialty is in emotional concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and PTSD. I also specialize in Women's Health, including menopause, PMS, irregular/painful menses, breast health, and fertility issues. I also practice sports medicine techniques, including motor point and e-stim therapy. I work successfully with pain management, digestive issues, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, as well as many other concerns that arise from stress and basic imbalances in our bodies and minds.

I have been a Five Element acupuncturist for 35 years. I am deeply committed to help you with your physical symptoms, as well as to support you to live your life with more vitality and ease in all ways. I believe one of my personal strengths, as well as a strength of the Five Element Acupuncture approach, is to see each person as the unique individual that you are, and tailor each treatment to strengthen you in body, mind, and spirit.
