She also studied acupuncture and Chinese medicine while she was practicing medicine as an Ob/Gyn doctor for seven years. Now, Weiping is a national board certified and a PA licensed Acupuncturist. She has been working in an infertility clinic since 1995 and practicing in a pain management clinic as a part-time acupuncturist for 6 years. Dr. Minchun Chen, a licensed oriental medical practitioner certified by NCCAOM, currently practices acupuncture and herbal medicine at her private practice. She is a professor at the Won Institute, which has the only Master's Degree program for acupuncture in Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen graduated from Nanjing Medical University with an MD degree in 1982.
