My goal is to see and understand the issues of an individual patient as a whole including mind, body and spirit. I have been practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine for over 20 years along side as a Research Scientist for over 25 years in R&D for drug discovery as well as in clinical research for multiple pharmaceutical companies . I was also exposed to alternative medicine at a very young age being a son of a medicine man of the town and a midwife and healer in Cambodia.

I received my education and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine(MD), in China, Liaoning Province. My post-graduate master studies included work at Chengdu University, Sichuan Province. I have held the position of Head of Accupuncture Department at two teaching universities in China. In Philadelphia, I briefly worked at the University of Pennsylvania, Children's Hospital. Whenever possible, I believe in choosing a natural path to health and I emphasize the same for my patients.
