I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .

Over the years I've very successfully worked with children and adults of all ages to address their health challenges: allergies, pain, anxiety, fatigue, poor digestion, low immunity and women's issues, to name a few. My philosophy is that true health and beauty build from the inside out. In the language of Oriental medicine, health is dependent upon the free flow of well-nourished Qi. When Qi is weak, one is tired and more prone to illness. When Qi is blocked, there is stagnation and pain. By addressing identified Qi deficiencies and imbalances, health is improved and vitality restored.

Our mission is to help patients regain their healing ability with Acupuncture and herbs, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Tui-Na or skin treatment so that their body heals. I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.

Jessica has a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine through the NCCAOMⓇ. She received her Master degree of Acupuncture from ACAOM, Houston, TX and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Specialization. She earned a BS and MS degree in Physics from South Korea and a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University. Through her studies and practice in Acupuncture, Jessica learned that the most profound improvements are made when the body, mind and spirit are in alignment. The goal of her treatments is to help individuals regain their balance with themselves and their environment.

Dr. Wan, Graduated from one of the best University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She was a board certified Chinese Medicine Physician in China. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

I work for the interest of the patient by bridging the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing to develop an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic plan that will best address the patient's health conditions as a whole. My principles are focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention. My knowledge of the chemistry and physics bring a unique perspective to TCM and help me provide effective acupuncture practice for people in need.

My typical client has long term chronic conditions of pain, emotional trauma like anxiety, depression, burn-out, and digestive conditions combined with other conditions. Common issues include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue. Generally, my clients are looking for a natural and alternative way to treat their conditions as a compliment to their western treatments at a root cause level to eliminate symptoms for a long - term basis.
