I am a co-owner and creator of Cornerstone Healing, a private Acupuncture practice located in Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn, NY. Cornerstone Healing has been in practice since 2003. Cornerstone Healing's practice is dedicated to the well being of individual patients and the community as a whole. I incorporate different modalities into my treatment plan. It can include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, and Bodywork. Sometimes electro-stimulation will be used as well as cupping therapy. Touro is a comprehensive 5 year clinical master's program that stands as the only fully-accredited Graduate Oriental Medicine Program in the state of New York. He gained valuable experience at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he interned in the Labor & Delivery, Oncology, and Rehabilitation departments. At Lincoln Hospital, Alex worked exclusively at the Recovery Center with drug addicts fighting addiction and became NADA trained in the use of acupuncture in substance abuse. Currently Alex is working alongside a Medical Doctor treating adults with various medical conditions.
